“I’ve lived here 14 years and have enjoyed being here. I like the row house style- as opposed to 2 stories with one rental unit on top of another. The setting has a secluded feel even though it is within walking distance to downtown Birmingham. The residents are friendly and get along well. While dogs are permitted, the policies relating to dogs are strictly enforced. The resident manager is great- accessible, responsive and efficient, and is willing to listen to residents' ideas or concerns." - SB

There are so many wonderful things to say about Colonial Court Terraces. All of units that are not occupied have been updated with new appliances and beautiful wood floors, as well new carpeting. Also the staff is top notch. From the smallest repair, to major concerns like air conditioning and furnace repair, the response is immediate. 

The same can be said for the management company. Every resident has value and our concerns are met with prompt resolutions. The grounds are immaculate and the community is quiet and inviting. The staff has always exceeded my expectations.

I love living here,  I have a corner townhouse and my views of nature with the stream and beautiful trees is priceless.  The onsite Manager has been very supportive and prompt about ensuring the safety of my children when things break or need updates. She is a lovely person. The neighborhood is quiet and serene. I recommend living here.
